In this class you will get to know and consolidate various contemporary principles such as flow, alignment, opposition, grounding and release. A safe and creative space is provided to experiment with the movement material and develop your own movement language in movement research. Great space will be given to floor work, together with standing technique exercises and choreographies, often combined/alternated with improvisation. The basic aim of the class is to make dancers aware of the weight , flow and rhythm of movement as well as to dance without fear and hesitation by using their physicality and full energy.
