Roberta Ricci, born in Italy, is a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher. She started dancing at a very young age. She earned her master's degree in Contemporary Dance and Performance at Movimento Danza in Naples. After that she worked both in several state theaters and for independent companies, realizing projects in many parts of Europe. Roberta Ricci is co-founder and artist of the Company HAA in Berlin. Dance is her way of exploring the relationship between the individual and the outside world, of which teaching is an important part. Based on the release technique and on improvisation, she teaches movement as an expression for emotions and experiences and as a form of communication.
