Corpo Presente

Corpo Presente is above all an encounter: a group of people who gather at a certain time in a certain place to exist together. How can contact with our own bodies connect us with the other and the world? Through body awareness exercises and improvisation, strategies are sought for a more receptive, attentive and generous existence with ourselves, with others and with everything that surrounds us. In times of violence and speed, tenderness and pause are experienced. The breath. The observation. The moving body.
This workshop is for all bodies and firmly believes that the deeper experience of our bodies in today's world is essential to imagining possible futures together.
