Tai-Chi Dao-Yin’s goal is to harmonise the inner body energy, a basic requirement for physical and mental health. This practice consists of a series of exercises, spiral, circular, wave-like spreading movements. Whether for dance, sport, or simply for health awareness, it is about developing strength from the body’s centre. Chiang-Mei Wang trained at the National Institute of the Arts in Taipei/Taiwan. As a dancer and soloist, she has performed at the most important dance festivals in the world such as Sadler's Wells London. Since 1994, she has trained Tai-Chi Dao-Yin at Cloud Gate Dance Theater with Master Hsiung Wei.
