Gaga is a movement language developed by Ohad Naharin and practiced by members of the Batsheva Dance Company. It provides a framework to explore and strengthen the body while improving flexibility, stamina, and agility. The class is guided by a series of suggestive instructions designed to enhance body awareness. Gaga classes are open to anyone aged 16 and above, regardless of their background in dance or movement. Kasia Kizior graduated with a Master’s degree in Contemporary Dance Education in Frankfurt and became a certified Gaga teacher in Tel Aviv under the guidance of Saar Harari and Ohad Naharin. She is a guest teacher at various institutions, including the State Ballet School Berlin and Staatstheater Mainz.
