This workshop combines movement, voice, and self-expression. Using imagery, sound, and movement, participants will explore the interplay between emotions and expression, crafting a personal dance that resonates with the rhythms of life itself. In the process, hidden layers of the self are revealed, and individual differences are celebrated. Sara Lu has experience in ballet, improvisation, and Butoh. She focuses on perceiving the physical world through sound and movement. Additionally, Sara Lu works closely with the RambaZamba Theatre, which supports artists with disabilities. She is also a member of the KDV Performance Group and performs under her drag persona, Lulu.
