Which parameters will have to shift in the near future in order to make sustainability a goal for society as a whole? Paola Alfaro d'Alençon's opening lecture will be devoted to the possible answers to this question. Paola Alfaro d'Alençon has a doctorate in architecture and urban research, is a lecturer in urban planning and urban theory at the Technical University of Berlin, and a visiting professor at the University of Genoa. She has 15 years of national and international work experience in research, education, knowledge transfer and urban management and planning. This experience is based on the topics of sustainable urban development in connection with housing projects.
