This course focuses on learning the basics of modern and contemporary dance as well as personal expression through movement. After a warm-up, various exercises and choreographies are learnt, which promotes awareness of the body, space and rhythm. Great emphasis is placed on floor work and improvisation so that creativity can flow freely.
