What moves me? What moves us? What do we move together?
This workshop invites you to discover your personal movement through free and guided exploration.
Each workshop begins by tuning into the present moment, sensing how your body feels today. Through physical and poetic exercises, we connect with the group, raise spatial awareness, and create in real time. We explore how our bodies reflect, influence, and are influenced. We play with time, space, and dynamics, by using tools of improvisation, instant composition, somatic practices, partner work (touch is optional) Writing. Stillness.
Life is full of opportunities for new beginnings and connections. How open are we to unfold in each moment?
This workshop is for everyone, whether you’re new to dance or have prior experience. Come as you are. Let’s move, connect, and create together!
