WS 08: Improvisation

This workshop explores movement through precise tasks that develop physical mobility, intuition, and flexibility. Using imagination as a driving force, participants expand their capacity for complex movement expression. They engage with playful structures that encourage curiosity and a sense of freedom. The tasks are open-ended and accessible to people of all experience levels. Liwia Bargieł-Kiełbowicz is a choreographer and dancer. She trained at Trinity Laban in London and works internationally with theatres and choreographers. Her work has been presented across Europe, and in 2020 she completed a PhD in Dramatic Art.
