How does this not-knowing influence our perception, our ability to make decisions and our possibility to act?
With the help of movement and exploration of one's own body, the nervous system is experienced and in particular the vagus nerve. As the main nerve of the parasympathetic nervous system, it supports digestion, breathing and other basic physiological processes. At the same time, it also influences our emotional balance, self-regulatory processes and well-being.
A good balance is a strong foundation for uncertain times.
