This workshop will unfold various playful tasks, which aim at experiencing different physical sensations as well as expanding movement skills. The class will focus on certain elements: breaking our own habits, using our imagination, deepening the awareness to our body.
The session will include a group conversation following the movement class - time to meet and chat around topics from the physical research: reflect, share experiences and learn from one another.
This class is for everyone from the age of 16+ with or without any background in dance. The language of instruction is English.
