Ecosomatic Practices for Living and Dying takes place outdoors, working with landscape, weather, and natural surroundings. Through walking, breathing, moving, and resting, bodies explore cycles of living, dying, and transformation. Somatic and choreographic practices translate ecological and scientific processes into physical experience, supporting sensing, improvising, and responding together in changing environments. Olive Bieringa works at the intersection of dance, performance, and somatic pedagogy. Born in Aotearoa and based in Oslo, she is a Body-Mind Centering® Teacher and a doctoral candidate at Uniarts Helsinki.
