WS 07: Osteodanse

Osteodanse is open to everyone, with or without previous movement experience. Using osteopathic techniques, participants explore the body’s mobility through letting go, attentive listening, and precise impulses. This process deepens awareness of the inner interplay of bodily structures, helps release habitual movement patterns, and opens up new spaces for movement. The exploration culminates in a moment of dance improvisation. A trained osteopath and dancer, Ludovic Fourest brings together dance and osteopathy in his movement practice. He teaches at the Elementary School of UdK Berlin and is a co-founder and teacher at tanzparcours in Potsdam.
