Gaga is a movement language developed by Ohad Naharin and practiced by members of the Batsheva Dance Company. It provides a framework to explore and strengthen the body while improving flexibility, stamina, and agility. The class is guided by a series of suggestive instructions designed to enhance body awareness. Gaga classes are open to anyone aged 16 and over, regardless of their background in dance or movement. Adi Weinberg is a dancer, choreographer, and Gaga teacher. She conducts Gaga and movement research workshops for diverse groups in Warsaw, Berlin, Potsdam, and various locations and festivals across Europe and Israel.
