WS 04: Cells, Selves, and Collective Agencies

This workshop invites participants to explore how awareness at a cellular level can support clarity, resilience, and dancing together. Guided movement, voice, and simple anatomical images from Body-Mind Centering® refine perception from the inside out. Agency is explored as the ability to sense, choose, and respond through movement, individually and collectively. Olive Bieringa works at the intersection of dance, performance, and somatic pedagogy. Born in Aotearoa and based in Oslo, she is a Body-Mind Centering® Teacher and a doctoral candidate at Uniarts Helsinki.
