JT 10: GROSS UND KLEIN TANZEN (1,5–4 J)

In this workshop, children and parents explore their range of movement through dance and play, strengthening their bond and communication. The focus is on learning movement phrasing to better understand rhythms, beginnings, endings, and transitions in dance, enhancing their collective expressive power. Odile Seitz specialises in Body-Mind Centering® and craniosacral therapy for pregnant women and children. Birte Hendricks is a certified dance teacher, and trainer in nonviolent communication, with a focus on Contact Improvisation and somatic movement, including political aspects.
