JT 05: BABY, LASS UNS TANZEN (3 Mo–1,5 J)

Babies and parents move freely in the room, dancing or observing each other, guided by open-ended images. Playfully, they explore and expand their own range of movement. Together, they strengthen bonding and communication through movement, information about sensory, motor, and emotional development in the first year of life, play and dance. Odile Seitz is a Body-Mind Centering® practitioner, choreographer, and dance teacher, specialised in craniosacral therapy and osteopathy. Her focus includes working with pregnant women and children.
