NOXe

After the release of a final 12", Erik, Stolle and Xris decided to put the project COMPLETE CRAP to rest. Coming from the HC punk scene, they wanted to try something new. The three of them were and are still involved in other musical projects in Potsdam and Berlin. After a short time they met Claudi, still without band experience, but the perfect co-screamer, ... comrade-in-arms! From this meltdown of experience, curiosity and experimentation, NOXe was born in 2019 and released a tape on BLACKCATTAPES the same year, which received consistently positive reviews from RAZORCAKE to OX. After a series of concerts, an album was recorded in DIY fashion in the summer of 2021 with the support of Chaos Audio Productions and self-released as a 12". Here, postpunk, surf and noise are underpinned with a heavy dose of garage vibe, which the band themselves describe as "riotsoul". With music and life, this band, or rather this community, is rooted in the libertarian DIY cosmos. Because if you don't fight, you've already lost.
