Vanitas Parade / Max Grote

Max Grote's large-format works combine the style of the old masters with a modern perspective: dark, dramatic scenes, horse figures, portraits and self-portraits, as well as full-body studies. The imagery varies from series to series, but remains consistent in its artistic language. Max Grote had his first studio in the Potsdam computer centre. The 23-year-old is now studying at the HFBK Hamburg under Jorinde Voigt.

Echoes of Transformation / Lisa Krauß

Photographer Lisa Krauß, also known by her artist name Syndrolin, invites visitors to an experimental photo exhibition where reality and imagination intersect. Her works explore transitions between light and darkness, body and abstraction, form and material.
