KOSMOKÖRPER (6+)

KOSMOKÖRPER is a cosmic-anatomical journey through the interior of the human body. It is a dance of organs, systems and physiological processes such as breathing, digestion, excretion, illness, healing, dreaming, ageing and dying. A delirious choreography from the inside out, inviting us to see organs merging with landscapes, fluids flowing like rivers, synapses flashing like a thunderstorm. What if we could find plants, animals and black holes inside us? What if we also came across rubbish, plastic and waste? KOSMOKÖRPER proposes to rethink the connections between inside and outside, part and whole, body and cosmos, and to search for an experience of ecology that takes place within us.

KOSMOKÖRPER is a piece for young audiences (aged 6 and over) and families. The play is like a journey through the human body. Two people stand on stage and colourful images are shown behind them: they travel through beautiful and surprising landscapes. What will they find in the body? The piece invites us to rediscover the small world within ourselves.

The performance on 19 January will be followed by a workshop for families.
