I teach... the workshop: “What Makes Us Move?”
I dance because... I have never stopped dancing.
I pay special attention to... the everyday and how it can enrich our dance.
I was particularly influenced by... the start of my training as a doula.
The best place to dance for me is... where the sun is shining and I can be barefoot.
A key moment in dancing for me was... when I understood that dance has many different forms.
I want to pass on to my course participants... that everything is already in them, we just have to awaken it and invite it to the party.
This is what I look forward to every year... that dance stops being so precarious.
I invite you to explore, to take your time and listen to your body within the guidance I offer. I will accompany you on a journey to explore without expectations and from your gut.
